The Grand Okanagan Lakefront Resort and Conference Center in downtown Kelowna sits on 25 acres (10 hectares) of beach and parkland alongside Okanagan Lake. The lake is behind the hotel and a boardwalk borders the lakefront, offering a pleasant place for strolling or jogging. The hotel’s large atrium lobby features a dolphin-shaped fountain.

Within the resort complex are restaurants and pubs, a hair salon, and a shopping arcade, which includes stores selling clothes, jewelry, art, eyewear, and gifts. Also on site are a casino (Lake City Casino) and a full-service spa offering massages, facials, manicures, and other services.

Business amenities include a 25,000-square-foot conference center and a staffed weekday business center with work stations, computers with high-speed Internet access (surcharge), and fax, copy, and secretarial services. The resort also provides an indoor/outdoor pool, an additional kidney-shaped outdoor pool (open seasonally), a sauna, and a fitness center. On the lake, the resort’s private marina provides rentals of mountain bikes, in-line skates, and a variety of boats, including canoes, kayaks, and pedal boats.
